Morgan brings a Swiss army knife of skills to her role as Client Services Coordinator with over 7 years’ experience in HR, Training, Billing and Project Management and over 15 years in organizational management. When she’s not holding the team accountable to tasks and tickets Morgan loves bicycling. Little known facts: She spent five years as a bike mechanic and recently ticked off a life goal of completing the AIDS/LifeCycle ride – over 545 miles in 7 days!
David has a passion for implementing technology to improve business processes and productivity, and tenacity for solving the most difficult problems. He has over 20 years of IT experience as a Systems Administrator, and has worked in organizations with 40 to more than 7000 users with over 3500 endpoints. He has served as lead account administrator, Exchange Administration, AD design, group policy implementation and trainer, and worked on several security response and development projects.
With a BS in Telecommunications and Network Management, combined with seven years’ experience as a Managed Services Supervisor, Dru has continuously developed and sought out the skills and knowledge to provide excellence in IT support specialist service to his clientele – residing principally in the Architecture/Engineering sector. As a Project Manager for implementation of cost recovery platforms, and the diverse fleets of plotters and Multi-Function Printers they support, Dru has honed his ability to deliver efficient resolutions coupled with seamless integration while having the added benefit of continuously improving his customers’ bottom line. Courteous and always willing to help, he is dedicated to delivering top notch customer service and increasing productivity.
During his six years as an IT Support Specialist for a Fortune 500 company, Keith cultivated strong remote troubleshooting skills while supporting thousands of customers, primarily via phone. He is a patient and dedicated problem solver, and strives to resolve technology issues quickly and efficiently while delivering the best customer experience possible. Keith has an undergraduate degree in Fine Art, practices capoeira here in Berkeley, and recently returned from a yearlong bicycle tour which took him from the East Bay all the way to the Eastern coast of Brazil.
